Volvo Financial Services is currently looking for an

Operations Manager, Central East Europe
Work Place: Młochów near Warsaw

Main responsibility:
Manage the operations team and operations activities within the Service Center
Identify and evaluate risks and areas for improvement and design solutions
Take a project leader role for operational oriented projects
Maintain and further develop customer focus
Control process related KPIs and deliver KPI reporting on regional/local level
Implement the Company strategy locally in alignment with internal policies
Monitor the execution of policies and procedures by the operations team to ensure high operational efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure internal audit and security requirements are met
Recruit, develop, train and retain talented people for the operations team

Requested qualifications, competencies and experience:
University degree required in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of operational management in the financial services industry, preferably leasing industry
Working knowledge of LEO system
Experience in managing and leading operations/customer service teams in leasing industry
Good knowledge / understanding of financial services products and services
Is strong in implementation and consequent in monitoring the execution
Demonstrates managerial effectiveness and efficiency
Demonstrates relevant people management skills
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Is target-driven, self-motivated and tenacious in achieving the set objectives
Fluent in English and Polish

Additional advantages:
Experience in truck leasing industry
Practical and up to date knowledge of legal and tax aspects
Experience in CEE operations (PL, CZ, SK, HU)
