szczerze mowiac nie analizuje umow leasingowych, a muszę je zaraportowac i miedzy innymi podac :
krańcową stope procentową, która jest bliska lub równa czasowi trwania leasingu. Czy istnieje takie pojecie w umowach leasingowych i czy mozna to jakos wyliczyc ?

" Incremental borrowing rate: The incremental borrowing rate has to be used for the discounting of the lease payments. The amount has to be entered as an absolute value (e.g. 2.5 and not 0.025).
The incremental borrowing rate is the rate of interest that a lessee would have to pay to borrow over a similar term (duration) and with a similar security; the funds necessary to obtain an asset of a similar value to the right of use asset in a similar economic environment.
In order to determine the appropriate incremental borrowing rate per group of operating leases there are different possibilites: existing loan contracts could be used, bonds/notes with a similar rating. Your treasury department might be able to provide you with the interest rates expected to be paid for different maturities. As a simplification the borrowing rates for 2 periods can be determined (one for 3 and 5 years and one for 10 years) and then applied for the leasing contracts close to this duration. "

Krańcowa stopa procentowa leasingobiorcy jest to stopa procentowa, jaką leasingobiorca musiałby zapłacić na podstawie
podobnej umowy leasingowej lub – jeżeli nie można jej ustalić – stopa procentowa na dzień rozpoczęcia leasingu,
przy jakiej leasingobiorca musiałby pożyczyć środki niezbędne do zakupu danego składnika aktywów, na podobny
okres i przy podobnych zabezpieczeniach.
